Digital Equity is a condition in which all individuals and communities have the information technology capacity needed for full participation in our society, democracy and economy. Fee-based Training for Organizations
We teach basic computer literacy classes that are focused on creating independent computer users and goal achievement, and we teach advanced computing classes for people who are interested in a career in Information Technology. Call 512-236-8225 to get started.

Free Community Training
Austin Free-Net’s free computer education program occurs in community labs around the city. All members of the community are welcome and are helped on a walk-in basis – no registration, appointment or ID required. Students get help learning computer basics by achieving the goals they set for themselves. Need assistance, contact us for more information.
Launching August 2017! The Accelerate Program is a Texas Workforce Commission Self –Sufficiency Program. Austin Free-Net will provide training for 180 participants to obtain COMPTIA IT Fundamental, A+, and/or Network +, or Security + Certifications to become Computer User Support Specialists or Network Computer System Administrators

Thanks to City of Austin Grant for Technology Opportunities, Austin Free-Net in collaboration with Front Steps, has launched its Digital Literacy & Adult Basic Education program at the Austin Resource Center for the Homeless (ARCH). Enroll in the program to restart your career—click here now.
Launching in 2016, this new community program will prepare women for today’s technology workforce. Techno-Women’s objective is to educate and certify low-income residents in a 34-week period in CompTIA A+ and COMPTIA Network+ Certifications.
